Permits & Licenses: DepEd Open High School Program (OHS/MISOSA)
The Open High School Program (OHS) is an alternative delivery mode (ADM) recognized and permitted by the Department of Education (DepEd).
It is designed for learners within and outside the Philippines who require flexible learning arrangements. Offered in line with the K-12 Basic Education Curriculum,
this program caters to students who can adapt to various modes of instruction—face-to-face, modular, independent learning, or online learning systems.
The OHS provides accessible, inclusive, and learner-centered education, especially for those with unique life circumstances, such as working students,
learners with health concerns, or those living in remote areas. As part of its compliance with DepEd standards, the program operates under official permits and licenses,
ensuring quality and legitimacy in academic delivery.
