Open High School Program (OHSP)
St. Robert’s International College Basic Education Department–IBP-SHS Southern Manila Consortium operates through the Open High School Program (OHSP), an alternative delivery mode offered to all learners both inside and outside the Philippines. This academic program, implemented in conjunction with the K–12 Curriculum, is designed for students who can adapt to various modes of instruction such as face-to-face classes, modular learning, independent study, and online learning systems. These flexible options ensure that education remains accessible, inclusive, and learner-centered for students across the Philippines and around the globe.
